how to measure
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string. Once measured, hold the string up alongside a ruler.
Results need to be read in inches.
chest
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, where the band of your bra would sit.
waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, your natural waist.
To ensure a comfortable fit, do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.
